The story behind NyKurls begin four years after the founder, Nyamenta Sainvilus, cut her hair and went natural. After doing so, it was a real struggle to find a product that work for her hair;  After searching the internet and spent countless money on testing new products, on December of 2019, she remembered what her mom used to use back in Haiti in her hair when she was little (like aloe vera, castor oil, rice water[…])

She then decided to start experimenting. After months of mixing different oils together she finally found the right formula that'd start helping her hair. Family and friends were so surprised that they even asked her to share her secret. After months of positive results, she has decided to share it with the public with hope and this continuing goal of thriving for the best and healthy natural hair for her customers...
